Returns

Unused and in its original condition
In the original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included
Accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or invoice)

Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days using your original method of payment or as store credit, depending on your preference.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please initiate a return for the original product and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing [email protected] with photos and order details. We’ll work to resolve the issue promptly at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
